Poor service/business conduct

Our vechical was towed and stored at this facility. Vechical was taken in excellent condition. When we were finally notified they had our truck after 2 months, which we were under the impression our truck was stolen! We went to this facility to acess any damage. To our surprise our vechical was unrecognizable someone had took the time to remove 20 in. rims, light kits, stereo and valuable personal belongings which they tried to cover up by replacing tires and lights! When we entered the office to complain about the condition of our truck the employee in charge simply said that to file a claim with the insurance that they would pay the vehical off and it was there's to keep and they would more than likey sell it, we should be able to get a new car out of our insurance any way. Our truck was taken from our apartment complex same day 1-2 hrs prior to our vechical being reported stolen to the police!!!!!!!!
