Speaking to the atrocities of the Holocaust and other genocidal events, the New Mexico Holocaust & Intolerance Museum hopes to avoid future repetitions of such incidents by promoting education and understanding. Exhibits include art relating to the Holocaust, powerful dioramas, video exhibits and a sizable area on the genocide of Native Americans. Located in the heart of the city, the museum is a few blocks south of Civic Plaza.
